ATI, Inc.’s Architecture and Engineering Division, Colimore Architects, provided design services for a one-year resident, counselling, rehabilitation and educational program that provides both overnight housing and long-term assistance for 500 men. The project included historic renovation and an addition to the existing building. The program included a total of 150 beds, kitchen dining, assembly hall, counseling rooms, lounge area, conference rooms, office space and a roof top deck. The exterior restoration was presented, reviewed and approved by Baltimore City “CHAPS” for Historic Preservation. Completed: Phase II 2009 & Phase III 2012 / Total Square Footage: 38,000
